Nollie
1. You must be rolling otherwise it would just be a switch ollie. A nollie is the easy way to say a switch fakie ollie. Start rolling as you always do in your normal stance. Then position your feet so that your front foot is on the nose of the board, and your back foot is over your back bolts (for beginners). Once you improve this skill, you can position your back foot a little closer to the center of the board in order to gain more pop.
2. Pop the nose down and slide your back foot towards the back of the board.
3. Make sure you keep your body balanced over your board. The biggest mistake trying this trick is that people always pop forwards off their board instead of even trying to land it. If needed, when popping the nollie, push your body backwards a little bit to keep balance.
4. If all goes well, you’ll land it. Then learn how to do it off ledges, stairs, and into grinds. You’ll have a lot of fun!
