A nollie frontside shove it is when the board spins in front of you. Think of it as a switch fakie shove-it.

You have to have some nollie knowledge in order to complete this trick. Start out by positioning your feet for a nollie, but the only change is to slant your back foot a little bit at a diagonal angle so that your heel is pointing in the direction of your other foot and that your heel is hanging a little off the board. In order to spin the tail around, you obviously have to take the wheels off the ground.

Pop down your front foot and bring it behind you a bit while also pushing your back foot a forwards. This will create the spinning motion. Keep your feet off the board to let it spin. Once you see it coming around, place your front and back foot into place, and land them gently on the board again. Once you get the hang of this trick, switch pop shove-its should come naturally.
