Front Side Pop Shove It

A frontside pop shuvit is the opposite of a backside pop shuvit. You spin the board so the tail goes out in front of you, and the nose spins behind you.

Put your back foot on the tip of the tail, just like an ollie, except have your ball of your foot slightly on the backside of the tail, so you can pop the tail in front of you. Have your front foot in the middle of the board, with your toes hanging slighlty off the edge. When you are ready to pop the tail, pop it down just like an ollie, but pop it so the tail goes in front of you. While you are popping the tail in front of you, you want to slide your front foot up the board; slide it slightly behind you. When the front foot gets to the nose, lift both legs high to let the board spin the shuvit. For me, I pop the tail really hard in front of me. This makes the whole board spin more in front of you so you can spot the board better.

The most common problem is not being able to spot the board. If you pop the tail in front of you enough, the tail will go in front of you, followed by the rest of the board, making it easier to spot the board. This makes it a whole lot easier to land. This may be confusing because it is rather hard to explain, but go out and practice and you should be able to figure it out.
