Skateboard Urethane Wheels
How can I clean Skateboard urethane wheels and bearings with common household products and not hurt anything??
I have a Birdhouse Skateboard deck with Angelboy trucks, wheels, bearings, risers, etc. My wheels are urethane 54mm and 99A. I don’t know the ABEC ratings on the bearings though. I really want to keep the same wheels and bearings so i want something that wont damage anything. I also dont want to spend a lot of money but if i need to, then ok. Thanks to anyone that helps.
use water. but dont soak your bearings in it, they will lose their grease. for a couple buck at a skate shop you can get bearing cream to clean them with. very little you have aroung the house will damage your wheels, 99a means pretty dense and hard plastic.
