Best way to advertise a Skateboard company???
Im startin a new skateboard company called “IT Skateboards” im getting stickers made soon and I have a myspace that im trying to expand. Whats the best way to advertise a company for cheap. As you can imagin I have no products yet just designs. Does anyone know a good website to order custom tee shirts for around $10 a shirt? also a good website to buy black and white stickers?
Since you’re just starting out, I would try designing your own stickers. You can buy glossy “bumper sticker” paper that is fully adhesive and create impressive-looking stickers on a laser printer MUCH CHEAPER. Then simply use a paper trimmer to cut them. Thyen go where the teenagers hang out… skate parks, malls, arcades, concerts, wherever… and pass them out. If they look cool enough, maybe the kids will put them on the boards and spread the word.
Also, a lot of H.S. yearbook committees need sponsors to advertise in the yearbooks. You can advertise there. And also in the school newspaper.
Get some other companies/vendors involved and sponsor a skateboard demonstration at a park this summer. Sell shirts and other stuff there.
