I am planning to buy this board from this website, ( im gonna change wheels and bearings ). So im wondering is it new? cause it seems pretty cheap since the deck itself costs 60 dollars on other skateboard websites. And this one comes with the deck, royl trucks, abec 7 bearings, skull wheels for 75 dollars..!
