Longboard Skateboard Trucks And Wheels
Can you turn a skateboard into a longboard?
A mini-longboard, I guess, but still.
Could you buy longboard trucks and wheels, and put them on a skateboard?
.. And why or why not?
I did that exact thing!
Using a hand saw, i cut off parts of the nose to increase the angle and make it narrower at the front, so that the wheels protrude outside the deck. I shortened the tail and made it square, put some big wheels and trucks on, and it rolls great!
It’s small, light, fast and FUN.
