Chocolate Skateboards 7.75
Recommend Me a Skateboard Setup?
Desperately in need of a new everything. Want a good all round setup suitable for park and street.
What setup would you recommend? i was thinking:
Deck: Girl, Chocolate or Habitat. (size=7.75)
Trucks: Indy lows, or maybe something from venture. (129′s to fit deck)
Wheels: Bones 100′s maybe, bit unsure really.
Bearings: probably just end up getting bones reds again.
Not too fussed with grip tape or hardware.
What do you think? What changes would you make?
your set up is not bad mainly when it comes to skateboards its usually a preference im skating a similar set up as yours
Deck: Girl
Trucks: Indy Highs
Wheels: Spitfire 53s
Bearings: Bones reds
Hardware isn’t as important like you said as long as it doesn’t interfere.
griptape actually is slightly important in my opinion MOB grip is the best as i have tried many different ones over my 5 years of skateboarding
other than that skateboard setups is usually a preference i may like skating Highs while you prefer to skate lows.
i like your set up, no lie only thing i would change is indy highs because in my opinion and from my knowledge of skateboarding you get more pop if you skate highs i use to skate lows as well also from skating high trucks, land tricks more often.
